Michelle will be relocating at the end of February and will no longer be available for in-person sessions after that time. She will continue offering virtual appointments and supporting current clients through this transition.
Michelle Wright (she/her) is native to Indiana and has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and B.A. in Elementary Education from Purdue University.
It is Michelle’s desire to create a safe space for clients to come and share their life’s story, bringing their full selves, in order to grow more into their own personal sense of wellness. Experiencing being fully known and heard is in itself a path to healing. Michelle walks with the client as they become aware of ways that their thoughts and beliefs about past experiences, behaviors, and relationships are affecting their present. She draws from many different therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, schema, mindfulness, family systems, and rational emotive behavioral therapy.
